BETA65C
Drum Seeding
The BETA65C offers the high-performance capabilities of the BETA series in a streamlined, compact configuration, ideal for operations where space is at a premium.
Despite its smaller footprint, it maintains a robust production rate of up to 800 containers per hour and is fully compatible with polystyrene, thermoformed, and rigid injection-molded trays.
The BETA65C is equipped with a larger 700-litre hopper and a wider 500mm double-chain soil elevator, optimising material flow within a compact layout. The tray filler guarantees excellent coverage uniformity with adjustable soil density control, while the integrated seeding unit ensures precise placement via an electronically synchronised dibbling and sowing process.
The incomparable suction power of the sowing drum allows for seamless transitions between different seed types, from the smallest varieties to larger seeds, without the need for additional equipment.
Designed for maximum efficiency, the line includes a longitudinal tray advancement system, a vermiculite covering unit, and a precision watering module. The automated balance stacker ensures the finished trays are ready for immediate transport, significantly improving the workflow for operators and reducing the time needed for seed changeovers.
