Automatic Potting Machines
The IA2500 and IA2400 are fast and precise automatic potting machines designed to handle both small and large-scale nursery productions with ease.
Both models feature a centralized adjustment system that allows operators to manage round and square pots ranging from 8 to 24 cm in diameter.
While they share core functionalities—such as a pneumatic destacker, a 3000 mm output belt, and a variety of steel drills—the primary difference lies in their configuration. The IA2500 is designed for a continuous workflow with a 1100-liter soil hopper positioned behind the carousel for easy refilling, while the IA2400 offers a more compact footprint by placing its 700-liter hopper at the front.
Productivity across both machines is exceptional, reaching up to 2,400 pots per hour with a single head. For higher volume requirements, both can be equipped with an optional double head, increasing output to 3,500 pots per hour for the AI2500 and up to 4,000 pots per hour for the IA2400.
