Drum Seeding
The LAMBDA65 is a high-performance, modular drum seeding line designed to automate the nursery process with exceptional precision and speed. Capable of processing up to 650 trays per hour
This versatile machine supports a wide variety of container types, including polystyrene, thermoformed, and rigid injection-molded plastic.
At its core is the SEMLAMBDA65 seeding module, which utilizes an electronic synchronization system to perfectly align hole creation with seed placement on a PVC conveyor belt.
One of its standout features is the ability to install up to three sowing drums simultaneously, allowing growers to sow multiple plant varieties at once and significantly reducing production time.
The line offers a comprehensive, full-cycle automation solution that covers every stage of the process, from initial tray filling and dibbling to seed covering with vermiculite and integrated watering. It also includes an automatic stacking unit to organize completed trays for easy transport or palletization.
