Drum Seeding
The LAMBDA65C is a compact, high-efficiency drum seeding line from Urbinati designed to streamline nursery operations within a smaller footprint.
Like its sister model, it can process up to 650 trays per hour and is compatible with a wide range of container materials, including polystyrene, thermoformed, and rigid injection-molded plastic.
The machine features an automated workflow that begins with a pneumatic tray destacker and a 700-liter soil hopper, leading into a high-precision tray filler that ensures uniform soil density and coverage across all cells.
The heart of the system is the SEMLAMBDA65 seeding module, which uses an electronic synchronization system to align the dibbler and the 20-duct sowing drum for perfect seed placement.
This model is exceptionally versatile, capable of handling both naked and pelleted seeds of varying sizes thanks to a powerful suction system. The cycle is completed by a vermiculite covering unit and a modular watering station, after which an integrated balance stacker organizes the trays for easy extraction.
