To Cover The Potted Plant Collar
The TP2800 and TP2400 are high-efficiency topper machines designed to complete the transplant cycle by automatically and uniformly covering the plant collar with materials like soil, bark, rice husk, or miscanthus.
These machines are engineered for industrial speed, with the TP2800 reaching up to 6,000 pots per hour and the TP2400 handling up to 5,000 pots per hour. Both models utilize a PLC-controlled system with a remote touch-screen panel, allowing for quick changeovers between pot sizes and precise management of the covering process.
To ensure stability and efficiency, the machines feature sliding guides that support the pots during transit and a height-adjustable tube leveller that skims off excess material, recirculating it back into the hopper to eliminate waste.
The TP2800 offers a larger 1600-liter hopper capacity for high-volume needs, while the TP2400 is more compact with a 700-liter standard hopper (expandable to 1000 liters). Designed for seamless integration, these topper machines can be easily added to any existing production line with a belt feeding system, providing a versatile and reliable solution for finishing potted plants with professional consistency.
